Our Founder, Erica Brooks Henry, is a Wealth & Marketplace Strategist with over 26 years of combined finance, business and wealth management experience. Armored with prophetic insight and the gifts of wisdom, teaching and administration, Erica dived into marketplace ministry in 2001 as a Mortgage Consultant and Certified Housing Counselor.
Identifying the lack of financial literacy in under-served communities and communities of color, Erica launched More Than Conquerors Financial Program (MTC). MTC provided free practical and bible-based financial coaching to help lower income Atlanta residents and surrounding markets shift from poverty to financial stability. In 2007, Erica expanded her business offerings to include business development and custom wealth strategies from vision to implementation.
Erica holds several financial and business licenses, certifications and training to include: Life Insurance Licenses, Wealth Management, PMP (Project Management Professional), SSGB (Six Sigma Greenbelt), NGA (Negotiation Associate), Change Management Certification and more. During the 2008-2012 economic crisis, Erica helped over fifty families save their home from foreclosure, and helped others monetize their gifts and up-skill to thrive versus survive.
